These are terms and conditions onwhich Aly Whitley provides a service to clients. Please note this is a PRIVATE service only. This service does NOT substitute for a medical diagnosis. If you are concerned about your health you are advised to visit your GP.
Any personal data collected regarding the client or their appointment will not be shared with any third party. If the client wishes their results to be shared with their GP or any other health care provider, it must be shared by the client.
The Phlebotomy service is a mobile service covering Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Somerset. Clients attending a Naturopathic consultation or Live and Dried Blood Analysis will be seen in the TQ14 area.
Fees are charged for the appointment requested, plus an additional travelling fee (for the mobile service)..

The booking will be confirmed on receipt of payment for the appointment by bank transfer 48 hrs prior to the appointment.
The price for the appointment will be confirmed at the time of the booking.
If the service is cancelled by the client within 24hrs prior to the appointment, the appointment fee is non-refundable but the travel fee will be returned. If the Phlebotomist is unable to attend the appointment at the agreed time the fee will be fully refunded.
